I can not believe what a low life would allow their dog to do this. And film it too. I hope the owner can be found and brought to justice.

We need the public’s help to find this disgraceful dog owner who allowed their dog to attack a swan at Aberogwen, nr Bangor.
Unbelievably the swan survived and the RSPCA are trying to retrieve it for vital treatment.
