BREAKING NEWS: Lawyers for Abdul-Hanan Wahab and Kwabena Adu-Boahene (Godfred Dame and Samuel Atta Akyea respectively) have written a terse letter to the Chief Justice taking issue with his decision to allow the criminal trials of their clients proceed during the legal vacation.
The Lawyers demand that they be allowed to go on legal vacation after working through the legal year and have made personal commitments among others.
In the two lawyers, the lawyers also inform the Chief Justice that they intend to take the legal vacation and will not be attending to the criminal trials if it takes place within the legal vacation.
