Rui Pinto could have reached out to Manchester City officials and cut a deal with them, get paid a fortune and we'll watch City will dominate till the end of time but leaked it. He's done more for football than FIFA, UEFA, and the Premier League. I hope he doesn't regret doing that.
On Wednesday, just hours after the verdict officially confirming Manchester City’s guilt, the Commission responsible for Portugal's witness protection programme informed me of its decision to terminate my participation in the programme and withdraw my police protection, thereby knowingly placing me in a life-threatening situation. Given these circumstances, I have no alternative but to relocate, within the next few days, to an undisclosed location for an indefinite period of time, due to the multiple death threats I have received and the serious risk of an assassination attempt against me. For this reason, I have just set up a GoFundMe campaign and I am asking for everyone's support to help me survive this serious situation created by the Portuguese State, which, as I have already stated, has knowingly decided to place my life at risk. I would like to take this opportunity to extend a special thanks to everyone who continues to support Football Leaks, and I can give everyone one guarantee: the fight will most certainly continue! gofundme.com/f/help-save-rui…

That apology from the Premier League is gonna hit like crack All Manchester City haters will be heartbroken, angry and frustrated when we win that appeal. I'm going to be here. You'll realise you wasted all that time hating on City for nothing. I genuinely can't wait. I'm coming back to this tweet when it happens.

I hate seeing Cristiano Ronaldo punished, but accountability matters. His reported 30-day ban and €255 fine are deserved if the allegations are true. As Portugal’s captain, he has to lead by example. What I respect most is that Ronaldo has reportedly admitted his mistake and apologised. Nobody is perfect, but owning your mistakes and accepting the consequences is what matters.

What do you mean Cristiano Ronaldo has been suspended for 30 days and fined for €255. They really need to do more on the fine, looks like disrespect to the GOAT.😂

🔥 No player in football history could’ve asked for a more beautiful first goal than Cristiano Ronaldo’s. The beginning of greatness.

€255? I thought they said €255k. I was already about to do contribution for my idol. 30 days rest = 30 days of gym selfies incoming. We are ready sir.
🚨🇵🇹 OFFICIAL: Cristiano Ronaldo has been suspended for 30 days plus fined for €255. The decision has been made by Portugal Federation after he left the national team’s camp in Denmark. Cristiano himself had suggested a punishment after apologizing for that.

UEFA are reportedly considering a 7–10-year European ban for Manchester City if they are found guilty, potentially excluding them from all three UEFA club competitions. The report remains unverified, but I hope City face proper consequences if the allegations are proven. The 115 charges saga has dragged on for far too long, and the Premier League’s credibility is at stake. Football needs transparency, accountability and justice, regardless of the club involved.

Carrick can get better from the squad than he's currently getting but people often conclude that we're only making excuses for Carrick whenever we blame INEOS and Glazers for the mess we watch on the pitch. The people that realized Erik ten Hag (much more experienced than Carrick) needed more support on his technical bench allowed Steve Holland, Jonathan Woodgate and Jonny Evans as assistants to Carrick. The quality of the technical bench annoys me far more than the quality on the pitch. Jonny Evans as set-piece specialist and Jonathan Woodgate as attacking coach to win the premier league? What an absolute joke 😂!
Carrick has been figured out pretty earlier than I thought. We play into the hands of our opponents and have no workable plan B to surprise them. His assistants aren't enough to bail him out whenever things get tough. It's gonna be a long season.

It's obvious that children are handling the Premier League because there's genuinely no way grown ass men would put their heads together and decide to bring down the league. Because how will the Premier League cope? Who will give them that publicity? Who will give them good football? I genuinely pity the league, man.

‼️💥 CRISTIANO RONALDO: “BIG RESPECT TO PELÉ, BUT ALL MY GOALS HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE!” 🐐🎥 🗣️ “I respect Pelé and all the legends who played before me. They contributed so much to football, and I will never disrespect what they achieved. “But there is one difference with my goals record: all the goals I have scored, they have video. I can prove that they happened. “I want to reach 1,000 career goals, and I want people to see the evidence behind every goal I score. That is my challenge. “People can prefer another player, and I respect that. I don't need everybody to agree with me. I know what I have achieved, and I want to keep scoring for as long as my body allows me. “For me, the most important thing is to keep playing at the highest level and enjoy football.” 👀 RONALDO VS PELÉ: WHO HAS THE STRONGER GOAL-SCORING LEGACY?

“Carrick wasn't backed" is the biggest lie on this timeline. Cunha. Mbeumo. Sesko. Dorgu. Then £155m on three more midfielders, and he said he was happy with the transfer window. Now he can't even work out how to use them.

Brighton's next three games are against Liverpool in the Premier League, Manchester City in the Carabao Cup, and Manchester City in the Premier League, all away from home. Brighton is in great form and I think they can deliver to us these guys so we cook.

We were not getting our run. That’s is the most simple thing to do. We have the players to have more than 7 points. Standards are gone!
🚨🗣️ Rio Ferdinand is backing Michael Carrick: "We started poorly last season and look how it finished. Let's hope we've got that little kick on this season to change things around. And you've got to stay with someone like Michael. Give him the time. Let him go out there. Let him turn this around. It's the first bump in his managerial career at Manchester United. You can't just turn someone's lights off at the first sign of trouble. Give him the chance to change the fortunes of the club." [@RioMeets]
