We’ve lost our friend and the band’s chief shouter and lyricist. A beautiful tribute here from Rosey at R*E*P*E*A*T, thank you.
Cambridge gig goers who love polemical punk will be saddened & shocked to hear of the death of John Clare, front man of XBomb Factory & Paint Nothing.
Here are some inadequate words I wrote about an inspiring friend and ally.

Pleased that people in 17 countries have found us and pumped out the album for 20 hours (at maximum volume, hopefully). Thanks for listening to us on any of the ‘platforms’ this year, or on vinyl.
FYI: New noise is brewing.
Record fans! Treat your turntables with our album. Only 50 copies made. They’re a tenner on Bandcamp: paintnothing.bandcamp.com/al…

Good to see the return of the printed R*E*P*E*A*T zine!
Our first paper zine since since 2015 has rather unexpectedly appeared. Very mini, but packed with approx 30 new reviews with connected playlist, plus exclusive news on gigs and releases, rants, images and bile! FREE from gigs and venues, or 50p Bandcamp repeatfanzine.bandcamp.com/m…
At 1 minute 32 seconds, We Are All Idiots Now! was one of the longer songs we wrote in the early days of the band. It found a home on the second half of our album and it’s just had it’s first spin on KFUEL … Merci!
A great first review of our album. Merci Perte & Fracas zine. perteetfracas.org/zine/kros2…

Nice to see copies of our album out in the wild - this one is in Queensland, Australia.
Thanks to everyone who has bought a record, digital copy or streamed our new noise so far.

It’s been great to finally get back in the rehearsal room as a band. We blasted out all the hits, worked on new ideas and then went to the pub. All boxes ticked.
Thanks to KFUEL for putting us on their latest podcast. Our album opener ‘You Can’t See Me’ alongside the likes of @ENTERBODEGA in the playlist below…
We released our album last week. The vinyl is a slightly different mix to the digital version. We wanted pretty much near constant sounds so we filled the spaces with extra bits and pieces, including a piano and a bicycle. paintnothing.bandcamp.com/al…
Nice to see one of our songs on this Spotify playlist. Lots of interesting stuff on here to treat your ears with…

Our DIY music video for Numbers involved filming 133 numbers on our phones and standing still on the streets of London, York and a Cambridgeshire market town. youtu.be/DaerpG80RXo
