News is spreading around the world about the research we are doing here in the Mountains of Ararat… and the great Bear Grylls came to the Noah’s Ark site to see the evidence for himself! We talked about the oldest survival story there is: a man who built when there was no rain, kept going when the world laughed, and trusted what he could not yet see. When the rain finally came, Noah and his family knew what they had to do to survive this catastrophic event- and they did it. Noah was the original survivalist….and Bear agrees! A huge thank you to Bear and his team for coming out, it was an honor!

It can look like control: the husband “protects” his wife by restricting her and enforcing rules. Healthy marriages are not built that way. It can also look like care: he reasons with her and tries to persuade her because he is concerned for her. But unless you believe a woman is intellectually, spiritually, or morally inferior, she has the same responsibility toward him. In a healthy marriage both spouses influence each other. Both voices are heard and valued. If more marriages were built this way, we might be spared ideas that have more in common with Caesar and ancient Rome than with Christ and his kingdom.
