Yeah, I think that’s something that Smesko and his staff will get credit for if they win it. He knew he needed to build a solid core for the playoffs which required heavy minutes during the season. Kept them healthy for the most part and it’s paying off.

Yup! Valks using regular-season methods to solve playoff problems and it's not working. Playing 10-plus players is cool in the regular season but that rotation needs to shrink in the offs. You're just giving well-conditioned starters more opportunities against backups.
