You people were pointing out how Gyokeres was shining against lower teams and he did not win us the league.
We could have used his pressing up top and pinning CB’s today by the way.
Havertz was everywhere and no where.
Their CB’s were progressing passes easy.
When we say Gyokeres won us the league opps say he didn’t score “important goals” look at Havertz today. Utter shit. Gyok would have been all over those defenders. These are the games we played and screamed for a striker. Now we get one and u want him out of the box doing tricks
Been over 10minutes and I’ve not seen one tweet or video showing that clear 1v1 chance Gyokeres created for Havertz and he couldn’t even beat the GK!!!!
I think y’all should be punished this season for the nonsense campaign against Gyokeres for Havertz.
The same Havertz we’ve seen for three full seasons!! We got Gyokeres and arguably fortunately Havertz was off injured for 90% of the season (with most of the attackers too) but one man held it down for the team to significantly win us the league in 22yrs, we got to 2 other finals
Then unprovoked, you all suddenly turned on him without even playing 3games this season for the same Havertz that was barely there for your most successful season in 22years!!!!!
You all are ingrates and you deserve what the world does to people like you!!
