Today, we used our sense of smell to guess scents. Some guesses included pears, vinegar, and even stinky socks! 馃Е We can't wait for Science tomorrow to discover what the scents actually are! 馃憙
My personal PD goal this year was to make independent reading more engaging. I've been giving my students a task that links the lesson's objective to their own reading. It's been amazing to see them so immersed in their reading!! 馃摎
Another successful Literacy Cafe! 鈽曪笍馃摑Students have been working so hard on their Nonfiction Chapter Books and got to teach their families all about their topics!

We created our Class Charter today! Our class discussed how we want to feel in our room and ways we can feel this way. We signed our names as a "promise" to follow our charter! @rulerapproach #63success
