It’s been 6 years since the 20/10/20 #EndSars shootings at the Lekki Tollgate. May the souls of the ones we lost keep resting in peace 🕊️🇳🇬

My own is that they’re too narrow minded. Why must it only be a man’s money ? Why can’t you make your own and still eat his own, think big my sweethearts. Whatever money a man can give you, it can always be bigger if you add your own, so why limit yourself 🙂‍↔️
A lot of you women are living in La la land fr, and at some point you need to sit up and stop making men’s money the centre of your life. Please face your life and work for your own money. Financial independence is not just about being able to afford nice things. It’s also about having choices, maintaining your dignity and being able to leave situations that no longer serve you.

One day, I’ll gist you people about my friend’s wicked boss who refused to grant her maternity leave because, according to her, my friend needed to be pregnant before she could be granted maternity leave. 😭 I wish I made this up.

Yesterday a guy told me his sister wants to be friends with me, so I asked him what’s her profession and where she lives and he said she’s a beautician who works from their family house (ie) nail tech, lash tech and makeup artist who works from home. I told him no, I can’t be friends with her and he asked why and I told him the simple truth; I don’t make friends with people who are more likely to become liabilities in my life, than be helpful to me. What am I supposed to do with a lash tech who lives in her parents house? Before you know it she will start billing me for everything as a friend because “you be big lawyer nau”. My friends are people who can be productive and we can both mutually benefit from each other. Eg my doctor friends and I exchange legal and medical services for each other and recommendations. My lawyer friends, I don’t even need to say it. We share briefs, share clients, help each other with cases etc. My friends in different forces (NPF, Army, Airforce, Navy etc), we help each other professionally. Heck even my chef friends, I don ever run free legal services and she paid by cooking a weeks worth of food for me to store in my fridge. Friendship is meant to be symbiotic and unfortunately being friends with some girls in certain hustles is an invitation to parasitism not friendship. Tf am I supposed to even do with her or gist with her? At least my other friends we can gist hours together about work experiences, but what do we have to gist about? How a customer didn’t want red nails? Or how a customer under charged her for fixing lashes?🥲😭🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ Even if I need a beautician, I already have a bevy of trusted makeup artists, I don’t fix nails and my lashes are long naturally so all I need is mascara. So what exactly do I need her for as a friend? Company? When I prefer being alone with my dogs than with people? Sha her brother said I am mean but him sef none of his male friends are into such petty hustles but na me suppose befriend financial burden say na friend. LMAOOOO!

Please Everyone, I need your help. From the accident, she has fractures in her hand, leg, and pelvic region. The doctor said the surgery will cost about ₦5 million. It is extensive and will be done in two phases. First they will operate on her hand and leg. When she recovers from that, they will do the pelvic region. It has been a painful experience. We have already spent so much on drugs and medications just to keep her stable this far. The pain is still there every day. A lot of you have followed this from the day of the accident. You have seen the updates. You know what this has been like. Please, if your heart can move you, even ₦1k, ₦2k, ₦5k, ₦10k, or ₦20k from you will help us. Every little bit carries weight right now. Kuda Microfinance Bank 2004212740 Ekpo Richard Unwana If you want to confirm or even visit to see how she is doing, please call or WhatsApp me on 08014616027. Please help me share this too. I need the support. Thank you for reading this far.
If you were the one that did a HIT AND RUN at Ogudu express, Lagos yesterday evening, just know that it was my wife you hit. I FORGIVE YOU, I really do. Getting the call and the news was heartbreaking and caused tears but I FORGIVE YOU. I FORGIVE YOU I'm grateful to and for the Man that kept her conscious rendering first aid till the Ambulance got there. He even stayed and helped till midnight (few minutes ago). I'm so grateful 🙏

One man’s meat is really another man’s poison o
This new Fireboy album might actually end up displacing “Apollo” to be my favorite Fireboy album. I love the fact that despite all our cries for him to opt for features that could guary him one or two commercial hits, he stood his ground and expressed himself the way he feels is the best with people that understands his vision. I commend his courage to experiment with a distinct sound at this stage of his career where doubters might be more than fans. This album might end up like “Apollo”, a critical acclaimed album with little to no commercial success but as a true lover of art, deep down you’d know he cooked and people that failed to see the vision now will catch up later.

Personally I think you are insane if as an adult you are talking to a 17year old, be it legal or not.
📌📌📌 COURT UPDATE: NOT GUILTY! Our Nigerian brother was found NOT GUILTY in court today! He met the girls on Snapchat, and they allegedly told him they were 17 years old. He later discovered that they were minors. He was arrested and had been in custody since February 2026. When I spoke to him on the phone in February, he maintained his innocence and denied all the allegations. The lesson for our fellow Nigerian brothers living in the UK: Please be extremely careful when meeting people online, especially on platforms like Snapchat. ⚠️ Protect yourself. Be cautious. Never make assumptions about someone’s age. Take reasonable steps to verify someone’s age before pursuing any romantic or sexual relationship. However, please remember that checking an ID or taking a screenshot does not automatically provide legal protection, particularly where someone is under the age of consent. We also have three other rape cases that are expected to go to trial in the UK in the next few months. We will share further updates as appropriate. 🙏 A reminder to everyone: Know the facts, protect yourself, and always respect the law.

As a mum I would see this differently. Some baby carriers are very useless, they hurt the back. Infantino is really the best and its about 23-30k. Its better to buy what she can use Just tell her what you can afford and she may be willing to add money. Its not entitlement

i read about pink pill and i think this statement fits into it. the idea of my feminism is for women to be seen as regular human beings; meaning we’re capable of doing right & wrong because we’re people, not because we’re women.
I am not a “I support women’s rights and wrongs”, I will not use these pop slogans as the foundation of my political praxis. If you’re wrong, you’re wrong. Not only are some of you wrong, but you are also mad! Fin!
