Here are some questions to ask before sending students off for Winter Break.
✅ Keep in mind, not everyone has a family
✅ Not everyone celebrates holidays
These questions will help honor all students and maintain a sense of love ❤️ and belonging. #TeamBCSD

Building a Thinking Classroom using our vertical writing surfaces 💚
@PerryHallES
Problem Solving is what we do when we don’t know what to do. Curriculum tasks are often what students do when they know what to do- after they have been shown how.

These groups broke out of the “Save Summer” escape room by completing problems in our last day of math together. Teaching these kids for 2 years has been the greatest thing ever- going to miss these soon to be middle schoolers. ❤️ @PerryHallES
Thankful for OFC. Fuller- she is a great asset to our schools. Congratulations on getting Elementary SRO of the Year! @PerryHallES

ALT "To empower students to advocate for themselves and others, we must love students NO MATTER WHAT. Even when it’s hard, even when we’re tired and even when they are a lot of work. Our love can’t be conditional based on their behavior, performance or skill set. Love them even on really tough days, and try again tomorrow." ––Principal Angie Vandecar
Thank you for the beautiful flowers @roneshamt. I am thankful to have an administration that is one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders. @PerryHallES
