After Game 3 vs Fever, A’ja Wilson’s mom was walking around the arena with a “Love Beats Hate” sign, so I asked her what it meant & she lost her mind. Oh the irony of her stepping towards me, while pointing. I really felt the love in this interaction 🙄

This Aja Wilson - WNBA scenario is fascinating. The best player in the league clearly violated a rule that warrants a 1 game suspension as her team enters a do or die playoff game. It does appear that the fan didn’t say anything that would give a “mercy clause” to Wilson. The commissioner who has final say is on her way out and it’s very clear does not have any support. By the letter of the law she should be suspended. It would set a bad precedent if not. But this league seems broken and it does appear anything goes. My apologies if I interpreted anything wrongly here. I know the WNBA hive can get frisky on socials.
