…I don’t know how true that is but I think use of ai with scribing/notating is becoming common. It reminds me of season 2 of The Pitt where the drs are introduced to the new program and having to screen it before submitting

My parents dr off. uses a i, mom read the notes between visits & was telling her dr that it scribed something incorrectly (it was an innocuous detail but shows the programs short falls) dr fixed it but said the Med assistant portion thats manually entered is the vital part…

Hmm, are you noticing this change just as you walk by and/or stand near it? I don’t know what kind of fish it is but maybe it initially though you/a figure near by means food but after time has understood that to not be true and will only go to the top for food…

I don’t know the name of the thing, but the jewel/gem part of a tongue piercing…why do they make the thing orange? I was talking to someone and for multiple moments thought they had a Cheeto in their mouth because the jewel/gem part is a bright orange ball 🤦🏻‍♀️
