Great turnout for Mr Kelly’s Pilates class tonight. Great idea to get the team fit. There’s going to be a lot of aching staff tomorrow! #teamfitness #teambonding
Changing the way we teach writing @CarleyJames12 delivering another engaging and useful training session. Already using her advice in my planning next week! Thank you 💖

Was an honour to be shortlisted for “Educator of the Year” last night.
Well done to my lovely lovely colleague @LisaPheeFCCT who took home the award, proud of you ⭐️ very well deserved ⭐️
Overwhelmed by the amount of parents who have come out of their way to congratulate me on my award nomination
Todays favourite quote “you were amazing last year for ***** she now loves sports! You’ve really taken PE to the next level for all the children in this school”

It was all things SPAG tonight in our English inset and a lovely session, with staff identifying gaps in prior knowledge and how we can address it, exploring where our year group teaching fits into the bigger picture and lovely chance to just share our books too.

The Southfield Dream Team, enjoying a drink, a chat and a giggle! We’ve built a great team who are guided by values and driven by wanting the best for our children. We’re losing a member this year but he will always be an honorary member of the dream team!

What a special evening we had honouring Southfield staff past and present as part of our Golden Anniversary celebrations. It was wonderful to welcome back so many of the schools original staff and many others who have served the school in the last 50 years. @HeadSouthfield
Teamwork makes the dream work! Massive shout out to these ladies who made leading my first ever residential manageable! Very grateful to you all 🥰⭐️
