On this Sunday morning, I’m struggling to find the right words. Here’s the best I’ve got. When Amanda and I started Inside Wisconsin back in October of 2020, we had no idea what it could or would become. We simply wanted to create a space where Wisconsin could get lost in the stories of the state’s most recognizable people. The goal? To encourage unity, build community, share positivity, and help others experience joy. Six years later to the month, billboards will be spread across our community promoting that same brand and that same mission that happens to now be streamed live each morning on YouTube and heard locally on 99.7 WNFL. This passion project that started as a bi-weekly video podcast (that still exists today) has grown into a nearly-statewide morning radio show. And, six years later, the mission remains the same. The commitment remains the same. The goal remains the same. Inside Wisconsin is 100% dedicated to the people, the stories, and the “Statriotism” of America’s Dairyland. And the success (I struggle to use that term to describe anything I lead… call it “imposter syndrome” if you will) is a collective effort of so many people. Attempting to list them assures I’d forget someone. Instead, let me say this: To anyone and everyone that has helped make Inside Wisconsin into what it has become today, Amanda and I are forever indebted to you. Thank you. And, the only way we know how to repay you is by sticking to the plan, and striving to achieve the goal… to help others experience joy. Forever grateful. Go Brewers. Trevor & Amanda
