This literally made my day. 🤍 Seeing someone dive this deep into the art, the meaning, and everything behind @freedznft means more to me than I can explain. It's not just about someone spending so much time exploring something we've created. It's also incredibly inspiring for me as an artist. I've always loved dreaming up ideas out of the box, questioning things and experimenting with what art can become. I think that's what keeps my brain going, tbh. And getting to bring all these crazy ideas to life with my legendary duo @seizzi makes this whole FREEDZ journey even more special. But the best part will always be seeing people connect with what we're creating, find their own meanings, and become part of the story. That's what makes all of this worth it. I don't see FREEDZ as a collection but a whole collective journey instead. "A huge playground" in other words. Really appreciate you taking the time to understand FREEDZ beyond the surface. And thank you for being part of it. Much love. 🟥
I've been spending way too much time looking at @freedznft lately, and the more I understand what they're building, the more I appreciate how wonderfully weird this project is. Most NFT collections start with a character and try to build a community around it. FREEDZ did something different. They took words submitted by the community and turned them into the characters themselves. Thousands of pieces of human expression transformed into portraits through typography, hand drawn artwork and generative technology. The visual artist, EpikNFT, created hundreds of traits. Co-creator seizzi helped bring the concept to life. And the result looks like something you'd discover in a forgotten cyberpunk terminal somewhere in Neo Tokyo. But the art is only half the experiment. Here's where things get interesting. FREEDZ has a reward pool funded through qualifying secondary trading activity. A holder can permanently burn one of their NFTs to claim the entire available pool. Not a staking reward. Not passive income. An actual decision to destroy a piece of art in exchange for whatever ETH has accumulated. Which introduces a fascinating tension between collecting, scarcity, game theory and human greed. Do you preserve something you love? Or sacrifice it for the reward? And what happens to a collection's identity when its holders actively participate in deciding which pieces survive? I love that question. The team has already shipped animated assets, a Wordmap connecting thousands of submitted words and a burn leaderboard. Meanwhile, the community is getting louder. Recent X activity showed a substantial increase in conversation, although much of it comes from replies rather than a sudden explosion of new collectors. That's an important distinction. I don't need to pretend a project has conquered the internet to appreciate what it's doing. The market is still young, liquidity is thin, and the economics of the burn pool depend on continued activity. But I genuinely love seeing artists and builders experimenting with ideas that could only exist through digital ownership. I've accumulated 41 FREEDZ. Apparently I've reached the stage of NFT collecting where I buy typography, study game theory and contemplate setting my own artwork on fire. My wife is going to fucking love this. ⛩︎//TK

FREEDZ began with 8,888 pieces. Now only 8,445 remain. Words lost. Pieces burned. Rarities shifting. But that's always been part of the concept. What happens when something meant to last forever can disappear forever? That's one of the questions we're exploring with @freedznft 🟥
THE FREEDZ BURN CONTESTS BEGIN TOMORROW 443 FREEDZ already burned forever. The burn mechanism creates three ways to win: The community wins: Every burn permanently reduces the supply. The burner wins: Burners claim ETH from the Community Vault in exchange for sacrificing their FREEDZ. Sellers can win: Burners can use their claimed ETH to buy another FREEDZ from the floor, potentially creating additional buying pressure. The Burn Leaderboard tracks the top burners across all time, monthly, weekly and daily rankings. Starting Monday, the FREEDZ Burn Contests will introduce rewards for the top burners. Full contest details will be revealed tomorrow. Burn to Claim: freedznft.com/burn Burn Leaderboard: freedznft.com/BurnLeaderboar… The system demands sacrifice. 🟥

I don’t usually talk much about my personal feelings here, but today I felt like opening up a little. The past few months have been intense. There were highs, lows, and plenty of moments that tested me and @EpikNFT . But seeing FREEDZ succeed and resonate with so many people has made every bit of it worth it. I’m genuinely happy with what we’ve built. And that happiness has very little to do with money. I was talking with @MontiMania earlier about money, success, and the idea of retirement. It got me thinking. In crypto, “retired” is almost a dream status. Many people aim to make 7 or 8 figures and finally step away from everything. But I’ve never really seen retirement as stepping aside and doing nothing. Honestly, I’m not even sure I know how to retire. My grandfather passed away at 85. Just a year before he died, he was still planting olive trees. He knew he might never get to enjoy their fruit, yet he cared for them as if he had all the time in the world. That image has stayed with me. I think that’s what life is about. Creating things, contributing something, leaving something behind. Not because we need more money, recognition, or another milestone, but because creating is part of being alive. Even if I make 9 or 10 figures someday, I believe I’ll still be building and creating until my last day. Not for the money. It’s simply how I’ve learned to live. Much respect to everyone out there building, creating, and bringing value to the people around them. Keep planting your olive trees. 🟥 🌱

We never wanted rarity in FREEDZ to be defined by numbers alone. With five main factions, each with its own rarity based on supply, we introduced a unique 1/1 subfaction within every faction to create a more layered and nuanced rarity structure. Our idea was simple: The most valuable piece shouldn’t automatically be the one from the rarest faction. We wanted rarity to have more depth, giving every faction its own special discovery and a different place in the collection’s hierarchy. And seeing how collectors connect with these details, interpret the traits, and find their own favorites is exactly what makes it exciting. There’s always more to reveal in FREEDZ.

What is the real potential of @freedznft ?
Good potential with @freedznft Many good collectors sweeping 144 eth volume in only one week which is good A very good burn mechanism : 50% of royalties (corresponds to 4% fees) is sent to a common pot. The first one to burn a NFT takes the pot. > 400 NFTs have already been burn = 5% of the total supply. Big in 1 week And the team will add a leaderboard of burning, with reward distributed : they already swept Argonaut, Normies, Jpeg Frens for this Art is cool. The central element is a word in red Then you have 5 factions. The least rare is human, the rarest is Celestials, only 180 NFTs in this faction Many traits are dope like masks, hoodies 3 main rare traits attracted my collector eye : 1/ Celestials, which is the rarest faction, with only 180 NFTs (there were 183 before but 3 have been burned before reveal) 2/ redacted bar : a red bar which cross the NFT, only 80 in the collection and it is a special trait on OpenSea 3/ Unique traits : each faction have a sub faction with unique traits. They are very rare (Rogue for human, warden for adapted, Oath for seeker, Guardian for enforcer) Something is happening in this collection, curious to see what will happen in coming days/weeks
