US consumes about 3.9 million barrels of distillate (diesel) fuel per day, or roughly 525,000 metric tons daily (using EIA's 7.46 barrels per metric ton).
Trump's stated totals add up to about 4.8 million tons. If all of it went to the US, that would cover roughly 9 days of total US consumption (or about 12 days of transportation-sector diesel alone). The shipments are staggered over time and also destined for the global market, so the actual US impact would be smaller.
So I hear the @mlb playoffs are in action, but they aren’t on any channel I’m already paying for. No free, none of the apps. And Lord knows, I’m not paying more to watch teams that I usually don’t follow. So football it is, MLB people.

Enough with “adversity,” You’ve written and said it so much in so many trivial instances the word has lost all meaning.
Use better words or realize that in the bigger picture, nothing about sports is an adversity.
All the republicans who were primaried and lost should all run as independent in the general election.
