Brad Bird explains that each person's powers in ‘THE INCREDIBLES’ represents an average family unit.
“Fathers are expected to be strong, so I made him super strong.
Mothers are pulled in ten directions at once, so she stretches.
Teenagers are insecure & defensive so she can turn invisible & has force fields.
10-year old boys are energy balls that just go until they pass out.
Babies are unknowns, they could be the next leader of the free world or they could be a bag man, you don’t know.”

It is worth playing both because they are two completely different characters. The lines may be the same, but the performance paints a very different picture. Of those two, I think he-V is clearly more fun.
She-V's delivery is aggressive and tense in almost every situation. She is sarcastic when discussing her weaknesses, and angry and confrontational when speaking with rivals.
He-V delivers his more fearful or intimate lines with sincerity and vulnerability, while always adopting a cocky, confident tone with rivals, the exact opposite of she-V.
The result is that she-V comes across as a scared kid lashing out. This isn't an inherently bad idea of a protagonist, but I much prefer he-V's seemingly bulletproof, Han Solo-esque charming rogue, who is doing his best to conceal his dread of his impending doom. He's both more charismatic and more complicated.

Florence Pugh says Yelena only ended up in Brand New Day because Tom Holland chose her over Marvel’s biggest superheroes
“Oh, you know, this all happened because of Tom.
"So, years ago, when I had just kind of started my relationship with Marvel, and Black Widow had come out, and my Yelena wasn’t as obviously big as all of the other big superheroes.”
“He, on the red carpet of his previous movie, when someone said, ‘Who do you want to do the next movie with? Do you want it to be with Thor?’ And I don’t remember the superheroes, but they were, like, all massive superheroes.
"And he said, ‘No, actually, I want to, I want to do it with Florence Pugh, who plays Yelena.’”
“So because of that, fans were then, like, so excited about the idea of it, and that started the ball rolling. So thanks to Tom. Thank you, Tom.”
