My $360+ trading account was wiped out by a single BTCUSD trade despite having a stop loss set to limit my risk to approximately $70.
My trade history shows:
• Sell 0.50 lot BTCUSD
• Entry: 81,104.33
• Stop loss: 81,232.72
• Closing price: 81,832.91
• Final loss: -$364.29
When I contacted support, I was told the loss resulted from high volatility, a market gap and slippage.
I understand slippage can occur, but I need a clear explanation of how my stop loss was executed so far beyond its set level.
I'm requesting a formal investigation into this trade and the relevant execution records.
