Protests in Italy, protests in Spain, protests in France. Across Europe the youth have decided fight back. You cry for burned stores and broken windows. A city can be rebuilt. The future of the next generation is worth so much more. Lock in or move out of the way.

#Italy — Around 1 million people took to the streets in more than 40 cities as part of the “No Meloni Day” protests against Giorgia Meloni’s far-right government. In Rome, students targeted the Ministry of Education building, which was heavily guarded by riot police. Clashes with police broke out in front of Bologna’s central train station. In Turin, clashes erupted when students attempted to approach the Prefecture. Across the country, dozens of schools and universities have been occupied by students. Students report facing police intimidation, including nighttime raids on their homes, arrests, and requirements to report regularly to police stations. The CGIL trade union confederation has called a general strike for October 17, with a nationwide demonstration planned in Rome on the same day. Grassroots unions and various social organizations have called another general strike for October 30.

The billionaire class are desperately trying to convince you the protests in France are because of "the muslims." They're terrified you'll realise they're actually about the billionaires.

I think we’re entering an era where poverty doesn’t always look like unemployment. You can have a job.A university degree.A smartphone.Internet access.A respectable salary. And still be one unexpected expense away from financial trouble. You work, but can’t afford a home. You earn, but struggle to save. You have qualifications, but no financial security. At what point do we acknowledge that having employment and escaping poverty are no longer necessarily the same thing?
