I don't think most people realize how insanely bad 90% of Real Estate agents are at selling houses. The bar is actually lower than you think. I've been texting with a number of agents today on houses they have listed, and even responding puts that agent above most others.

Tuesday before leaving town my client calls and said the appraisal is in and it above contract price But… The required repairs are deemed too risky so the lender won’t move forward. Many agents quit here. Me ⬇️ Activate problem solving mode 🙃
