How to do it:
Log in to Pons using an old wallet.
Fill in the Name and Ticker.
Write a positive description in the About section.
Don’t buy your own token with the dev wallet.
Go to Advanced → Tax Fee and set it to 2%.

DePIN Doesn’t Always Need New Hardware
Most DePIN projects ask you to buy a device.
@vangrid_io flips that idea by turning a regular smartphone into a spatial data capture node for Physical AI.
The Android app lets users discover nearby bounties, capture real-world locations from multiple angles, and submit them for verification. If the requester approves, the payout comes in USDC.
The loop is clean:
Find a bounty → Capture → Submit → Get paid.
According to Vangrid, every capture contributes to 3D reconstruction, creating ground truth spatial data for robotics, autonomous systems, computer vision, world models, and digital twins.
Privacy is built into the flow too faces and license plates are blurred on-device before processing.
Android is already live. iOS is next.
If both contributor growth and enterprise demand keep scaling, smartphones could become the backbone of a decentralized spatial data network.

either park your BTC on an exchange, or accept that every move is visible onchain.
been looking into strkBTC and the flow feels different.
you can move BTC from your own wallet into Starknet through GardenFi, receive strkBTC, and keep your BTC exposure instead of swapping out of Bitcoin.
the part that stood out to me was shielding.
Xverse lets you shield strkBTC first, then AVNU supports private swap flows for shielded assets. Endur also supports private liquid staking, while Vesu, Ekubo, and Troves give you more ways to use BTC across Starknet.
doesn’t mean the risks disappear.
bridge risk, smart contract risk, liquidity risk, and market risk are still there. shielding is optional too, not automatic.
what stands out is the direction.
a lot of BTCFi focuses on making BTC more productive. this feels more like giving holders another way to use BTC while keeping more control over what becomes publicly visible by default.
curious how others are using it.

Almost nobody’s talking about what those models can’t see.
