Jealousy is a very corrosive behaviour.
It corrodes you.
Jealousy is proof that you have no purpose in life.
Jealousy reflects your inability to accomplish your goals.
Therefore, you angrily insult, abuse and disrespect those who are better than you.

As a man, after you cross 30, sit down and study the patterns in your family. Look at what distracted, delayed, or derailed the men before you. Look at what destroyed them. Your father, his brothers, your uncles, older cousins etc... is it booze, is it gambling, is it women, is it recklessly siring everywhere, is it poor financial decisions, did they struggle with deep anger issues, domestic terrorists, did they practice witchcraft and all that.
Sit down and study those patterns,, then make intentional decisions to break those cycles. Remember some of these things are normal vices. Look for a recurring or deep recognizable patterns that are plastered all over men in your family. What brought them down. Do you see a pattern? Now that!
As Joshua Selman always says “As a man, number one thing that will help you live to your potential is knowing what can bring you down”. And you may not run away from your family tree. Refuse to be a victim of repeated patterns. Because they are there.
Whether you know it or not. Whether you recognize them or you don’t. They exist. They didn’t have the knowledge and resources we now have. Honor your progeny. Break out of them. Be made of Gold.
Nobody has ever died because you did not help them. THEY JUST WANTED TO USE YOU
There is NO exception to this rule

Wish I knew this in my earlier years , broke savings to help people , decisions I regretted later on
It is 2026,
Don't study a worthless course.
Don't just go to college because you believe college is a "right of passage" or because everyone else is going to college.
Before you enrol or continue with your Diploma, Undergraduate or Postgraduate,
Ask yourself,
"Will this course withstand posterity?"
"Is it solving a future human problem?"
If it is Yes, continue.
If it is NO, drop it.
Focus on acquiring knowledge and skills that solve human problems around survival instincts,
• Food
• Clothing
• Shelter
• Reproduction
• Security, safety and protection
Human beings are scared by problems that threaten their survival.
Therefore,
• Food: Nutrition, Agriculture, Medicine. Humans must eat, and food can promote or threaten their survival.
• Clothing: Fashion and design, textile, footwear, image and branding. The textile industry is one of the oldest, and it will be here forever.
• Shelter: Building and construction. Masonry, Plumbing, Electricals, Roofing, Sanitation, Painting etc.
• Reproduction: Any skill that offers a solution to sexual health, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, and child care.
• Security, Safety and protection: Advancement of humanity, knowledge management, the use of technology to fix problems, Police Officers, Military.
These are the basic human needs.
Once you earn a skill that promises to promote these needs, you become a person of value.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
If I forgot something, you can add, but before you add, find out if it is in the hierarchy of human needs.

Nobody checks on a man

Gentlemen
I’m sure this Christmas you’ve noticed that if you were self aware
I said the other day that a man is valued for providing while a woman is valued for existing
The respect, honor and dignity are man is accorded are directly proportional to the UTILITY derived from the VALUE he PROVIDES

Reading quality books as a leisure activity can be tiring and less engaging than watching TikTok videos, reels, or movies, but trust me, it’s worth every precious minute. It transforms your perspective on many societal issues.

Most men die without ever touching the rewards of their own labor. They grind, they sacrifice, they bleed for years yet when it’s time to enjoy, they hesitate. They fear judgment. They fear guilt. They fear what will become of them during their sunset years. They live like servants to their own bank accounts.
A man who never rewards himself is a man who tells his subconscious, “my work has no value.” That’s why you feel stuck. That’s why you lose your drive. Discipline builds wealth, but celebration sustains it. So yes, buy the car. Take the trip. Wear the watch. Spray the cologne. Drink that expensive cognac. Not to impress the world, but to remind yourself: I built this. I earned this. I deserve this. A king without a crown is just another man; a nonentity. Put your crown on. – at Nairobi, Kenya
