I don’t disagree with @ibramxk on much but I do on his suggestion that we retire the term “microaggressions”. ... To me the term well describes the experience of prejudice, possibly in its most powerful form, and retiring it would be a distraction.

I had an ‘aha’ moment as I paced the @MeWe360 hub space in Soho Square in 2018, on the phone to my friend & coach Tim Malnick @differentspace1 when he introduced me to 'Source Theory'.

My post about racism witnessed by my son from a lecturer received significant reaction. Many were outraged & upset by what had happened.
But what do we do when the anger and grief from racist attacks, assaults or insults subsides?

Why do so many founders get kicked out of the not-for-profits they start?
I’ve lost count of the #socialentrepreneurs who start commercial companies but change to a not-for-profit to access grants. Few realise in this process you hand over control @MeWe360

Black-led organisations are underfunded. It’s an indisputable fact. @_KevinOsborne reviewed the current funding situation in the creative industries & concluded that sustainable partnerships between Black-led organisations & funders are needed.

Say the word ‘succession’ & you will likely think of the critically acclaimed TV drama about the Roys - a wealthy family in-fighting over the leadership of their father’s global media conglomerate.
The last 4 years has been a real experience of #succession for me...
