It's October!! That means we should be expecting two filings this month in Luigi's NY State case. Oct 9: The prosecution("The People") to respond to the defense's 8/14 Motion to Dismiss. Oct 30: The defense to respond to the prosecution. Then Dec 10 hearing for a Decision.

It’s time for every artist to be paid for their work played on AM/FM radio. Pass the American Music Fairness Act.

NEW: Senator @MarshaBlackburn asks @USPTO Director John A. Squires about the American Music Fairness Act during today’s Senate Judiciary hearing. It’s time for Congress to send this bill to @realDonaldTrump’s desk so every artist gets paid for the work they do.

Our new song & video “Doom Tripping” is now available. We ripped this one at the Snack Shack with Sarah and it’s an attempt to have a song that feels like the inside of my brain most days. Turn the volume up to 10 and have yourself a little dance. We love you.

Our 3rd album 'You Can't Plan for This' is out now! 27 minutes of frantic and vulnerable punk, emo, and rock songs about grief and growth. This video is for "Halfway," a bouncy riffy indie punk song about unrequited effort.
