for like 25 years, college football had a perfect system where the entire country spent 12 weeks watching to ses which two teams would end up 12-0 and play for a title while 20-30 other programs still could also find a way to feel good about their season then decided to kill it

What’s going on with these coaches? You can be upset, but you can’t let emotions dictate how you treat players. Coaches aren’t perfect either. Your #1 responsibility is to teach, develop and show players how to handle victory and defeat. Coach DeBoer failed miserably at that.
