Stop this shalaye and get the work. People are buying tickets at a margin at the station. Get to work and make the railway work.
When you have 665 seats and 10,000 persons are struggling to get it. The first 665 passengers will get the seats within minutes and the system will simply tell that there is no seat.
You can't create what you don't have.
Under this administration, ticket racketeering reduced to less than 1percent because of the measures we put in place.

The reality is that the so-called “first 665 passengers” are the NRC employees who manipulate the system to reserve seats only to resell the tickets to actual passengers at inflated prices.

Isn’t it a little too early for Nigeria to signal a preferred candidate? A lot can still happen in the selection process, and UNSC must recommend a candidate to the General Assembly. Why not allow the process to unfold, then make a considered decision when it’s clearer?
Just before returning to Nigeria, the Vice President, Senator @KashimSM, met with the Costa Rican candidate for the position of United Nations Secretary-General, @RGrynspan.
During his interaction with Grynspan, Senator @KashimSM said Nigeria will stand for equity, justice, and fairness in its support for any candidate seeking the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations (@UN).
According to him, the country will also support a candidate who believes in Africa’s aspirations in global affairs, specifically securing positions in key decision-making bodies and promoting multilateralism.
He said he would recommend the choice of the Costa Rican diplomat on the basis of Nigeria’s relationship with Latin America and gender inclusion, among other factors.
“Thank you for seeking Nigeria’s perspective for your candidature for the position of United Nations Secretary-General. Nigeria and Costa Rica share a common historical background connecting both countries and their regions.”
