Great article by @IanTruscott on the need to declutter the acronyms in the CMS world: cmswire.com/web-cms/is-it-ti… 100% agree that all of the business benefits and pain in implementing CMS surround the content modelling and how it fits with the people and processes that will use it.

Thanks for hosting this again @robrtc. I had a great time catching up with old friends, learning lots of new things, presenting and getting re-inspired. See you in 2020 for next year’s! 👍

They’re a great team over at Mando for anyone looking for a new challenge:

A really interesting and pretty balanced article by @PetrPalas on the pros and cons of moving to a headless CMS. A decent argument about using headless to avoiding CMS vendor lock-in, but migrating content to another CMS system is rarely trivial. hackernoon.com/headless-cms-… – at England, United Kingdom

Onsite with a client yesterday to go through the successful @SDL #Tridion Sites 8.5 upgrade that we've just completed for them and to discuss their strategy for moving to DXA. It was a great session and I was really impressed with their @Microsoft Surface Hub smart board! #geek – at England, United Kingdom
