I am managed by Hexxagon who does a great job hosting my validator with perfect run times. They answered all my questions, helped me above and beyond, and earned my trust.
I set my commission to the lowest 2.5% approved by governance and respect the line. Meaning my delegates earn more rewards.
I answer all DMs as quickly as possible.

I will state my opinion or produce receipts to back up everything I say and stand for.

I decided to protect my investment. Be a voice for the community and stand up for what I believe. Help others who might not have the courage to stand up for themselves but share my views and delegate to me to gain more support for them.
Customer Service 101
Validators and Developers. You all are smart, technical, have great ideas, but without proper communication to customers, your store will eventually go out of business or run at a loss.
People who stake are really customers that shop where they find value, better price, and better customer service. People shop where they know they are appreciated.
I offered the lowest price by respecting governance at the approved 2.5% commission. My customers save the most money that I am Legally allowed to charge. Following governance
I earn my own Staking rewards like everyone who stakes. Regardless of owning a validator. Every staked coin earns rewards
So every validator earns rewards and every holder earns rewards.
By my own choice, I gift away my own rewards, My own money, to people like you. The LUNC community.

My name is John and I am the owner of LUNA STRIKE FOR E BNB, Rank #24 of the active validator set.
My concern today is the overall governance process and asking what is going on behind the scenes.
First, I am one of you. The community. I am an investor. I have been around since early 2022. I witnessed the crash real time. I was not as financially hurt as most. I have friends here that suffered tragic loss.
* I was part of several private telegram chats and got a first hand look at many of the names and teams of LUNC.
Many of these same names have had different falling outs with each other and that is sad to see. Some great friendships were lost.

* We have all been let down supporting this chain in one way or another. Everyone is ultimately here for money, let’s face it. Why else would you invest time and money and not to improve your financial position. That’s not evil. That’s an investment
* IMO, where we stand today, we have a Governance problem of an overall mentality, you are with us or against us. This is dangerous and this is not how Governance is supposed to work.
My decision to open a LUNC Validator was to try and bring the community together and represent their voice via Governance. I thought I can review the ideas of “Developers” or “Builders” and report what these people are excited about and feel their ideas will bring “Value” to the blockchain and the community it represents.

I was hoping whoever has a proposal up would be willing to discuss their ideas here.
I joined the Validator chat and that didn’t go so well. I reached out to individual validators and members who put up proposals and this approach also didn’t go so well.
I had a few telegram conversations and one did go well. @igorsoares62 did fully explain his proposal to get paid for services. He answered all questions and provided links to back up what he said. I took this information to my delegates and they decided to vote Yes.
I have tried to go this direction with the current chain upgrade proposal and I’m still waiting for a response. When I get one, I can begin the same process.
Here is my main point, concern, and have stated this publicly here on X
Whoever has a great idea, I’m excited for you.
The problem is, we go from one or few excited people, no open discussion, right to a new proposal, and the Validators have 7 days to get equally excited, share their opinions, and get the community to vote in a short time. It probably takes longer than 7 days to come up with these great ideas, write the proposal, and publish it.
The community deserves information to get excited about before a proposal goes live for voting. Give us a chance to understand it. Give us time to discuss it.
We just need more time and input.

It is my responsibility as a validator to help protect the chain and community members and I want to see the chain advance.
I believe we can do better. I am asking all my fellow validators to try and do better. Especially if you are trying to earn a Yes vote from the very community you all claim to represent.
