Twelve years later, Virginia’s busiest bus corridor still has no rail replacement and no serious path toward one. Plan it concurrently with Metro’s proposed loop, coordinate the tunnels and transfers, and finally give this corridor the investment it deserves. Columbia Pike has waited long enough.
