Today marks 10 years since I began covering Dragongate for @voiceswrestling. Along the way, I've made a number of great friends, covered a lot of great shows, and enjoyed a lot of DISCOURSE.

In 2007, we spent about a month together in Japan... To this day, it remains one of the highlights of my pro wrestling adventure. In huge part, thanks to PAC. He took care of us. Helped us navigate the Dragon Gate system & style, showed us around on our off days & so much more.

After giving it some time, I still don't quite know what to say. What can I say that hasn't already been said about Ben? I start to get angry at myself for not being able to help the situation at all. Then I get sad all over again knowing my friend is gone. My heart is truly hurting.
I send my condolences to his family and to our locker room. He was a class act through and through.
Gravity may have forgotten him. But I know we will never forget him.

PACのことを初めて知ったのはAJスタイルズとのこのシングルマッチを見たときでした。
弟と一緒にAJの試合を色々YouTubeで漁っているときに、弟がこの動画を見つけて、PACについて教えてくれたのを鮮明に覚えています。
初めて見たときから彼の技に、スピードに、闘い方に魅了されていました。素晴らしいアスリートです。
いつか彼とリングを共にするのが僕の夢になっていました。

Maybe the DG match I’ve rewatched the most. Both guys are just flawless. Before he came back to DG in 2018, this was my pick for his best singles match. Gorgeous pro wrestling.

PACはハヤブサさんのことが大好きでした。
そのファイトスタイルからも、ハヤブサさんに多大な影響を受けていたことがうかがえます。
いつも少し緊張した様子で、ハヤブサさんに話しかけに来ていたのを覚えています。
遡ること19年前、
ドラゴン・キッド選手のデビュー10周年を記念して「ハヤブサ＆ドラゴン・キッド」名義でCDをリリースする際、ハヤブサさんは、当時Typhoonというユニットでキッド選手と一緒だったPACに「PACにもお祝いでコーラスを歌ってほしい」と依頼しました。
PACは歌うことがかなり苦手だったらしいのですが、ハヤブサさんの頼みとあればと引き受けてくれました。
自分の曲にハヤブサさんが詞を書いてくれた「For Your All」です。
