THIS is the best thing about irl events imo.
You can know people through your screens, texts, voice notes, calls etc., but to actually feel their energy, see how bright their smile is, and be inspired by who they truly are… that only comes from being in person, 1 to 1 with someone.

This past week was one for the books... Five days before Token2049, I decided to uproot my life, fly to Singapore, then continue on to Asia for 3 months with no plan — Was it worth it?
Over the past week at Token, I managed to:
•Connect with some of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met
•Hear countless stories of adversity and success
•See firsthand how passionate people are about Web3 and why
•Feel inspired to dive deeper into my own journey and ask myself some tough questions
So if you ask me, was the stress, exhaustion, 16hr flight, and lack of sleep worth it?
Yes, 100 times over. Yes. This is only the beginning.
Now, let’s see what a 3-month lock-in can do.
