To be fair, I think every author or artist in the E33 fandom, who brought Gustave back to Stone Wave Cliffs in an alternate ending work, must have felt the same. That's one tough thing to create, but so interesting too. 🥹
God, tonight's writing session is heavy as fuck. My document just reached 500 pages, in the middle of Gustave's words at Stone Wave Cliffs, and I should be delighted. But all I can think about is “I hope this makes sense and people won't think I missed the point of the game”. 🥹
