On 17th April, I received Xiaomi 11tpro hyperphone (8GB,256GV variant) through @flipkart , Dealer (onvye, GSTIN06DYQPM3921R1ZK). When unboxed, I found that a used product.
the customer support, they said the issue is escalated and is being handled by social media team and they can't do anything. Whenever I call them for update they ask me to wait again and again. It has been almost half month and @Flipkart has failed to provide a resolution. It is

cheating and a criminal offence. I am a Ph.D. student, I can't afford to waste this much time everyday. @flipkart I am fed up of this, if things are not sorted within few days I would be compelled to take legal actions.@jagograhakjago @PiyushGoyalOffc Please take immediate action
Flipkart has offered me the worst customer care service, have been trying to get a phone replaced for a week as I received a used product, no resolution so far. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport your customer care continues to be a disappointment as the agent try to chat when i am asking him/her to call me. Also flipkart shows wait time to be few minutes and take forever.
