I called my manager in. I said, "Did you know he was resigning?" He said, "I saw the story. I thought it was about the gym." The Gen Z nodded and said, "He liked it." I checked. My manager had liked it. I now have a new line in the resignation policy: "Notice must be submitted in writing. Stories do not count." The Gen Z has already replied to the update with a thumbs up.
