Navitas $NVTS has been selected by the U.S. Army to develop next-gen 10 kV silicon carbide power semiconductors. The program will build and validate a domestic manufacturing process for ultra-high-voltage SiC devices used in mission-critical military systems.

Big news for $NVTS this is a $20+ stock
$NVTS is up over 20% after the U.S. Army selected Navitas to develop next generation 10 kV SiC power semiconductors. 10 kV is the most interesting part because it could make solid state transformers practical and let AI data centers convert medium voltage grid power straight to 800V DC. The Army is essentially helping fund hardest manufacturing step while Navitas already sits in $NVDA 800V HVDC roadmap giving a pretty direct path into the next wave of AI power infrastructure.

The house is on fire! The insurance is on sale (gold & silver). And people are waiting for "the right time" to buy. If metals aren’t a part of your portfolio today, the time to start correcting that is now.

BREAKING: President Trump has rejected Iran’s proposal for a 7-day ceasefire and has told aides he expects to begin bombing Iran after the November midterms, per WSJ. Iran’s proposal would have reopened the Strait of Hormuz and resumed nuclear talks in return for the US lifting its blockade of Iranian ports. Trump is reportedly skeptical Iran will meet his demands and has told his staff that he sees a renewed bombing campaign as likely. Today marks day 209 of the Iran War.

$180 silver by January. It will triple because the bond market is leaking like a fucking sieve.
Even though gold and silver investors are taking a beating right now, I see the latest developments in the bond market as the missing spark we have been waiting for. We are witnessing a global bond sell-off that confirms the erosion of confidence in the fiat monetary system. I still expect gold and silver to reach new all-time highs by Christmas.

Unbelievable. 3 hours later and the 10Y Note Yield is now above 5.20% for the first time in 19 years. The 10Y Note Yield is now up +50 basis points in 30 days and +30 basis points in 2 days. Even more remarkable is that the average American has no idea this is happening. Yet. The bond market is imploding in front of our eyes.

The average home price in California is $900,000 If you took out a $900,000 mortgage at a 7.5% interest rate, after 36 months of payments, you’ll would still owe $873,128 You’ll have paid $226,546, and $199,674 of it went to interest Interest rates are a big reason why most Americans can never hope to afford a home. This is a scam. The interest being charged in this country is outrageous Make Homeownership Affordable Again

ORACLE SEEKS PROTECTION FROM DATA CENTER DELAYS $ORCL has issued a force majeure notice tied to Project Jupiter, the 2.45GW New Mexico data center that is part of the Stargate AI buildout, Bloomberg reports. Oracle is not trying to exit the project, but is seeking to delay payments if the site misses its planned 2028 opening. The project has faced permitting setbacks, including a six-month delay to a key gas pipeline. Its $18B construction debt is already trading below 90 cents on the dollar. Oracle says the project remains on schedule.

Precious metals’ performance post-FOMC was not surprising. We’re repeating the 1970s. The era ended with 20% interest rates and #gold and #silver going vertical. The window of opportunity is closing. I’m positioned to create generational wealth for my family. Are you?

WARREN BUFFETT JUST SENT THIS LETTER TO BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY $BRK.B SHAREHOLDERS To My Fellow Shareholders: Berkshire has an extraordinary group of shareholders. From the beginning, Charlie and I looked for owners who thought in decades rather than quarters, and we were fortunate to find a great many of you. Recently, I celebrated my 96th birthday with family and friends, including one of my great-grandchildren, who had just turned one. He’s moving a bit faster than I am these days. I have served Berkshire since 1965. Sixty-plus years in, I still have the best job in the world. That is not something many people my age can say, and I have never felt better about what comes next. Part of the reason is Greg. My expectations for him were sky high from the start, and he has exceeded them. He has taken hold of the Chief Executive Officer job in every respect. He has been making the decisions that matter for some time now, and I have not had to think twice about any of them. So the timing is right to complete the transition. I will become Chairman Emeritus and remain a Director. My son, Howard, will succeed me as Chairman. Howard has been a Berkshire Director for 33 years. That is a longer apprenticeship than I served before taking the reins at the age of 34. Greg runs the company; Howard will guard its culture and values – both worth more than anything on our balance sheet. Think of Howard as a policy the shareholders own and hope never to claim against. Howard cares deeply about Berkshire, as do all of our Directors. No company has been or will be more shareholder-minded than Berkshire. Serving as your Chairman has been the privilege of a lifetime, and I have never taken your trust for granted. Father Time always wins. He has, however, been generous with me. He has given me the opportunity to see Berkshire reach a point where I am more confident than ever about what lies ahead. The company is in excellent hands, and I look forward to remaining a shareholder alongside you. September 18, 2026 Warren E. Buffett
