Gabrielle looked at Trey and rolled her eyes. “You are a moron, you know that? Now give me the keys.” She growled as she moved closer to him. She’d had enough of his games.
“I’m not playing any more.” She said as he lunged at her. Gabrielle sighed and took a step to the side-
gesturing to his back pocket with his left hand. Gabrielle reached down and pulled the keys out of his pocket. “Thank you.” She said putting the keys into her pocket.
Trey howled, turned into a large dog and ran back into the darkness of the tunnels.
“Damn dogs” She smirked, touching her ring.
Moments later she was standing in her office. “What a day.” She mumbled, wondering if River @SpacehairSong is around.”
Gabrielle chuckled as she read the morning paper, a habit she had retained from her earlier years.
She loved her phone but there was nothing quite like the smell of fresh print and a cup of coffee in the morning. “I’ll have to get around to seeing that comedian.” She mumbled to-
