ALT The Climate Prediction Center’s Week-2 U.S. Hazards Outlook for the November 21-27 period depicts at least a 40 percent chance of much below normal temperatures for parts of the Southern Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley November 21-22, at least a 40 percent chance of high winds from the Middle and Upper Mississippi Valley eastward to the Appalachians November 21-22, and at least a 40 percent chance of heavy snow downwind of the Great Lakes November 21-23.
