UPDATE: Reports from Mada, Gusau LGA of Zamfara State, suggest that more than 40 bandits have been killed in the ongoing clash between rival groups. Those reportedly killed include Kachallah Dogo Baldu and Sanata, the younger brother of Ado Aleru. Reports from the area suggest the fighting was still ongoing as at this morning, raising concerns about further casualties as the two groups continue to battle each other.
