Protect - Raised PP from 10 to 33. - Added parry mechanics. The number of parry opportunities the user has depends on how many times an opposing move hits. General - Moves with animations that depict multiple strikes (Earthquake, Rock Slide, etc) now count as Multi-Hit moves
