This type of issue is why Fitforge is being developed. Give everyone a medical team in their pocket
One missing bacteria can quietly wreck your entire system. Akkermansia.
Dwayne Johnson faced a nine-month nonstop workload in early 2024 while dealing with gut issues that left him unable to digest properly. Standard doctors treated the symptoms and issued declarations. Nothing improved.
Mark Hyman traced the problem to two rounds of antibiotics that had wiped out Akkermansia, the bacteria that coats and protects the intestinal lining. Without it, inflammation spread.
A stool test confirmed the damage. They rebuilt the gut with targeted probiotics, plant compounds from pomegranate, green tea and cranberry, plus a custom shake. Symptoms resolved because the root cause was addressed.
What this shows is the gap between managing symptoms and investigating what actually changed.
Most people remain stuck not from lack of effort, but from never examining the moment the system broke. Once you see the difference, the surface approach feels incomplete.
Acceleration!!
I am happy to report that this month we broke our own internal record in drug discovery productivity. We announced our 33rd developmental candidate — the 9th this year alone. That works out to roughly one developmental candidate/preclinical candidate a month. It is about the same number as our pharmaceutical deals this year, and we are not planning to slow down.
While two of our previous DC/PCC nominations were for novel targets and we called them Target Y (for dry AMD) and Target Z (for pain), here we are going after a reasonably crowded but very commercially-tractable target that we think is also involved in longevity and chronic disease, Lp(a). We delivered highly differentiated chemistry for it and are preparing to show the data room to the first pharma companies that would like to explore partnerships. Let's partner, my friends, and help people live longer healthier lives. TBH, I want to go on this drug if it gets approved.
Lp(a) is an established independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) and major adverse cardiovascular events, and elevated Lp(a) is estimated to affect approximately 20% of the global population.

It's always important to test yourself. Not just buy whatever supplements and take them. We are all different.
Upload your tests to Fitforge to get an analysis of what is good for you.

304 stainless is not resistant to acid or salt. So it’ll leech nickel.
Thinking back to the factory I worked at, 100% of our piping and mixers were 316 stainless. We weren’t allowed anything else
Now I’m looking at my kids cups. We allow Liquid IV if they’re running around outside and sweaty. My toddler doesn’t really get juice but still something we started looking for. Everything on Amazon is 304
