My fave part of the day now my 4-y-o has started reception is talking to her about what she’s learnt after school each day. So far, such gems as:

‘Today we learned snatching, hitting and fighting’ #earlyyears
(My child) After swimming, can we buy some alcohols?
(Me) Errrrrm what?
(Child) White alcohol drinks liks you let me have at Christmas?
(Me, concerned) Did I? Oh wait ACTIMEL drinks?
(Child) Yeah, actimel drinks.
