Equity is not the same as equality.
Equity means providing shoes that fit each runner perfectly, catering to their individual needs, even if the sizes and styles differ.
Equality is like giving everyone the same pair of running shoes in the same size. Some get a perfect fit, but many end up with shoes that are too big or too small.
