Best hiring advice Iโve received:
Hire people who love what they do so much, they listen to podcasts about it.
Getting to build with these people will make your day. Their obsession, their love for the craft, itโs infectious and awesome ๐คฉ

The reason inigo was special to @FCBarcelona is because he played with passion, you could see it, you could feel it everytime he played. He gave it his all 100% and thats what was making the difference in that defence partnering with cubarsi.

How to set goals for 2025 -- Thread โฌ๏ธ
Every year, I reflect on the importance of setting goals. Itโs a practice that not only shapes my future, it keeps me focused and also ensures Iโm not wasting the most precious resource of all: time. Wasted time, after all, is worse than wasted money. You can always earn back the money, but time? Thatโs a one-way street.
