Happy Birthday Luna 7 years 84 months 365 weeks 2555 days Daddies little girl isn’t so little anymore – at Opa-Locka, FL

Took the team out to celebrate all the growth, victories, successes we have had both in and out of work. Had a great time with the team and each other’s families last night. Now it’s back to the lab to close out 2023. Thank you Boca West 🫶🏽

6 months ago I came to Boca West and met a team that was willing to listen, learn, and apply what was shown to them. Now Boca West is the first location in the Florida Market to hit 500 CRU VGA for 2023. This team is proof that talent wins games but teamwork wins CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Had to call an audible and show appreciation for Bobby Light. These last 6 months you have owned this location and set the benchmark for CRU. I know you will take your leadership skills and take Davie to the next level. Just don’t go too hard on us on those Monday calls 😂. – at Boca Raton, FL

My abuelo. He crossed open waters to give his family a better future. A radio personality advocating for the freedom of his beautiful home country. He gave me the tough talks and tools needed to become the man and father I am today. #elpoderhispano

“It's a marathon, not a sprint, but I still gotta win the race.” This team has been about their BUSINESS like no other. Shout out to my ASMs for adapting and hustling when I set this goal 4 months ago. 1st CRU (GA/VGA) for Q3. Now we shoot for that CRU 🤴🏽to end ‘23.

Growing up every morning I would stop at Tiny’s or La Rosa and get some Cuban breakfast before class. Just so y’all know Croquetas = Cuban Protein Bars. So I decided to make the drive down to Hialeah to get the team my favorite Breakfast munchies to celebrate our Q3 wins. #HHM

Mi Orgullo 🇨🇺🇨🇴

Round 10 is underway. 3 more rounds to go to close out 2023. This is where all your training and discipline get tested. Don’t lose sight of your goal and push through. Let’s finish out the year strong. 🥊

Had a great time volunteering and partnering with @latinosinacti0n & @PBStateCollege for their LIA Leadership Boot Camp. I got to work with 7 great young leaders focused on their development and growth. Our future is in good hands. #StrongerTogether #TeamLatinoHeat

Starting our weekend off with a visit from @Hdncorp. Thanks for letting us pick your brain and sharing your knowledge with the team. Boca West is ready to take on Q3 and do big things.

Sundays are meant for Daddy x Daughter dates.

Great way to start the weekend with our first Team Meeting for Boca West. Sharing best practices with the team and setting the tone for the remainder of June. Super confident in the potential this team has. Now it’s time to grind! @8obbyLight #WestSideConnection🌐

First week at BW ✅. Thank you @dr_mfarhan for coming by to share his knowledge and best practices. Great way to start off our weekend and set the tone for what’s to come for the 🦈🦈🦈. #TheMarathonContinues🫡

Boca West means Business 🥁🥁

Today was Luna’s Kindergarten graduation. On the way to the ceremony she told me she wants to go to college and become a veterinarian to help all the animals she loves. And yes I cried during the ceremony. Got to love being a girl dad.

Proud to be part of this team. The Okee Boys are taking over 2023.
