A GUIDING STONE IS NOT A FOLLOWING. ⚒️ A compass can show you a direction. It cannot walk the road for you. And it shouldn't decide where you must go. There's a difference between helping someone find their direction and asking them to follow yours. One builds independence. The other creates dependence. That's an important distinction when we talk about technology, AI and the future we're trying to build. The goal should never be to make everyone think alike, work alike or create the same things. A tool should expand your possibilities, not narrow your identity. A teacher should develop your ability to think, not make you permanently dependent on their answers. And a community should give people room to contribute their own ideas, not turn them into an audience that simply repeats what they hear. This is part of the thinking behind Kynolith. We aren't building to create copies of one person, one idea or one way of doing things. We're building around a bigger principle: human capability. People should be able to use technology to explore their own ideas, develop their own skills, solve their own problems and create things that reflect their own thinking. That means the goal isn't blind following. It's understanding. Not imitation. But independent capability. A guiding stone gives you something to orient yourself with. What you do with that direction is still your responsibility. That's why our message has always been: Don't be me. Build with me. Not because everyone should become the same thing, but because what we build together should make room for what each person can become. Kynolith = Capability. ⚒️
