CAPITAL STRUCTURE UPDATE Suntex Enterprises, Inc. ($SNTX) is in process of canceling 231 million common shares, reducing outstanding shares from 721 million to 490 million a reduction of approximately 32%. The Company is also reducing authorized common shares from 750 million to 500 million. Upon completion, this will represent a cumulative 50% reduction from the previous authorization of 1 billion shares. These actions reflect our deep commitment to a disciplined capital structure and long-term shareholder value. The Company is finalizing legal agreements and will confirm completion once both reductions are submitted and finalized.
