Just a reminder, Man City, "the most profitable club with the biggest revenue in world football"
Had their CL tickets against the reigning CL champions on general sale up until yesterday, then took them off to put on an app for uni kids for a tenner.
Fucking tinpot cheaters.

🧵 A lot of talk about Abu Dhabi will simply outspend football authorities + Independent Football Regulator (IFR) in legal action, going back to Khaldoon Al Mubarak’s original quote - ‘rather spend £30m + sue them for next 10 yr than agree a financial penalty’…

🚨 Excl: Andy Burnham met senior figures from Manchester City at least four times despite the claim he held just one “significant” meeting
A deleted register of interest shows that he received hospitality twice from Khaldoon Al Mubarak, the club’s chairman, while mayor of Greater Manchester
The Times can now reveal Burnham also met Ferran Soriano, the chief executive, and Roel de Vries, the former chief operating officer, in 2023 and 2025 respectively
The revelations follow the prime minister’s promise to be transparent over his relationship with the club, which has been found guilty of more than 100 Premier League rule breaches
Details of hospitality from Al Mubarak, amounting to almost £1,200, were first reported by The Sun and seen by The Times using freedom of information laws
Burnham met Soriano and Vries at Co-op Live in Manchester, one of the largest indoor arenas in Europe which is partly owned by Sheikh Mansour’s Abu Dhabi United Group
The City owners well and truly have their foot in the door of no.10. Corrupt FC and now Corrupt No.10.
EXCL: Manchester City were invited and took part in a government trade delegation to India this week, despite the Premier League charges.
Bev Craig, Andy Burnham’s successor as mayor, took a club representative to Delhi and Mumbai on a trip organised by business secretary Jonathan Reynolds, where she and other mayors have been promoting British trade and tourism.
She defended the decision to invite City even as the PM came under fire for his own contacts with the club, telling the Guardian it had played a vital role in helping build infrastructure in her city.

Andy Burnham is attempting a remarkable piece of history rewriting by denying his own statements and blaming left-wing commentators.
Unluckily for him, the whole thing was caught on camera.

Scrutiny into Andy Burnham's connections to Manchester City and its chairman, Khaldoon Al Mubarak, is rapidly intensifying.
Reports tonight suggest a register of interests detailing two dinners between Burnham and Al Mubarak has been deleted from the internet.
That raises two very serious questions.
Who deleted it?
Why was it deleted?
This whole situation feels incredibly dodgy.
🚨 BREAKING: Andy Burnham accused of Manchester City cover-up after a deleted register of interests revealed extra meetings.
• A probe has found Prime Minister Andy Burnham accepted two free dinners with Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak at the club’s stadium.
• These occasions were not included in earlier disclosures of his contacts with the club while he served as Greater Manchester mayor.
• Burnham had previously stated he held only one formal meeting with senior City figures.
• The revelations follow his public comments expressing concern about the potential sale of the club’s owners after financial rule breaches.

🚨Just 24 hours after my report on David Kogan, the Independent Football Regulator chair has responded, promising to RESIGN if Andy Burnham interferes in the Man City – Abu Dhabi case.
Kogan has previously funded Keir Starmer and Lisa Nandy.
The donations were undeclared.
This is ridiculous, everyone is just dirty 🤦🏼♂️

🚨 IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: LUCY POWELL CAUGHT TAKING THOUSANDS FROM THE UAE GOVERNMENT!
Just in case you missed the latest Gulf money scandal taking over Downing Street, let me expose the latest politician caught in the web.
Education Secretary Lucy Powell pocketed 3,500 pounds in luxury hospitality paid directly by the United Arab Emirates government.
She also happily accepted free tickets on five separate occasions from Manchester City, the exact same football club Burnham protects from financial cheating charges.
Labour elites are raking in luxury foreign freebies while forcing brutal tax hikes onto working class families.
Retweet this immediately to expose the corrupt influence ring operating right inside the Burnham cabinet. 🇬🇧🔥

🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham oversaw a £55m taxpayer loan to businesses owned by Manchester City's owners while he was Greater Manchester Mayor
Oh dear 🤦🏼♂️
🚨 EXPOSED: ANDY BURNHAM HANDED 55 MILLION POUNDS OF TAXPAYER CASH TO MAN CITY OWNERS!
Remember when Burnham panicked on national television last month to fiercely defend Manchester City against Premier League financial cheating charges?
Now I have the official paper trail explaining exactly why he acts like a dedicated public relations agent for the United Arab Emirates!
Official records prove that during his time as mayor, Burnham personally chaired the meetings that handed 55 million pounds in taxpayer loans to Jersey based property companies ultimately controlled by Man City owner Sheikh Mansour.
This cash was drained straight out of a 300 million pound state housing fund supposedly reserved for struggling local developers.
Instead of helping British builders construct homes, Burnham rubber stamped a massive taxpayer loan for the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates!
Sheikh Mansour is one of the richest men on the planet and could secure private corporate finance in thirty seconds.
Yet Burnham gave a foreign billionaire preferential access to a public cash machine funded entirely by your hard earned wages!!!!!
Labour politicians are bleeding the domestic working class dry with brutal taxes while secretly operating a VIP fast lane for Middle Eastern royalty.
Retweet this investigation immediately to expose Andy Burnham and demand a full parliamentary inquiry into this Man City money scandal. 🇬🇧🔥
