This is me right now. Two years ago I was shot during the June 25 Gen Z protests. I've been living with a spinal cord injury since, and I self-catheterize because of neurogenic bladder.
That led to recurring UTIs and sepsis. Today I successfully underwent surgery at Emory Hospital Nairobi to remove a bladder stone at my left vesico-ureteric junction (5x7mm). The fragments were removed. I'm recovering now with some pain and bleeding, which the doctors say is normal.
@VOCALAfrica_ helped me get here, and I'm grateful. But I still need medication, physiotherapy and follow-up care. I still haven't received any government compensation.
I'm sharing this because I need help for what comes next. Any support means everything. 🙏🏽

If there is one lesson Kenyans have learned, it is this: NEVER AGAIN trust a politician who weaponises religion to capture power.
We have seen what happens when political ambition hides behind the pulpit. The moment people are convinced that their political choice is “God’s choice,” scrutiny dies, accountability collapses, and failure is defended as divine will.
God does not give politicians immunity from accountability.
Never again should religion be used to sanctify political power.

It is so weird how men view crime and criminals vs how women view them. We WANT them to get arrested for the crimes they committed. Criminal women do not form part of our community, THEY CAN GO. While men want to protect male criminals DESPITE the heinous crimes they commit.

Loophole rape?
Andrew Tate never killed anyone and if he raped anyone it must’ve been one of those loophole rapes where women consent but change their mind
I imagine if it was a violent rape, ambulances would’ve been involved, pictures would’ve been taken and rape kits would’ve been collected.
The latter obviously did not happen because we are just now finding out about these things 16 years later 🤔
