What happens when a Bitcoiner sells everything and moves to El Salvador with no plan B?
I sat down with Jon Byrne and asked him. He'd never even visited El Salvador before he bought the one way ticket.
He said there was nothing to lose... Stay behind in the fiat world and you've already lost!
In El Salvador, almost "everyone" already has a Bitcoin wallet. Jon says the hard part now is giving people a way to earn Bitcoin, so he built one. Get hired for any job, get paid directly, no bankster approval-to-use-your-money needed and no ID required!
Freedom and sovereignty built in one app!
@BitTaskerdotcom onboarded almost 1,000 users in eight months, and nearly all of them Salvadoran. Plumbers, drivers, coaches, developers, all earning sats for real work.
His developers came out of @cuboplus, the school @stacyherbert and @maxkeiser built through the @bitcoinofficesv.
Jon says the knowledge those kids are walking out with is unbelievable. One of them, Dan, went straight from the classroom into a full time job building on Bitcoin for a Salvadoran company.

The Africa Bitcoin Community Hub had the privilege of visiting Malawi at the invitation of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
At @UnipodMalawi, we saw tangible investment in innovation infrastructure, modern facilities, structured programming, and an ecosystem designed to empower youth. It is a serious space for serious innovators.
Malawi welcomed us warmly. But more importantly, Malawi is positioning itself with intention. With education, regulatory clarity, and ecosystem collaboration, Bitcoin can serve as a tool for financial inclusion, youth empowerment, and cross-border economic participation.
