Today’s energy tax cut will give families some breathing room on bills, and provide some reassurance this winter.

I ran the Sheffield half marathon today.
I took it easy on the hills and finished strongly. My second half was 10 minutes quicker than the first.

I've made the BBCs impressive list of people running the London marathon😂
When I started, I weighed 225 pounds and had just suffered an awful asthma flare up / lung infection.
